Sarirasa Boemboe Sambal Goreng

Sarirasa Aziatische Kruidenmix Sambal Goreng -100 g

This spice mix contains sambal goreng (= fried sambal) and is often prepared with coconut to balance the taste.
First fry the Sarirasa boemboe in a pan with two tablespoons of oil. During the baking of the spice mass, the odors are released and the taste is enhanced. By adding meat, fish, eggs, tahu, tempeh and/or vegetables, the herbs are absorbed into the dish and with the addition of water and/or santen (coconut), each dish gets the right delicious taste.

Tip: if you like spicy, use a little of one of our Flowerbrand sambals with your meal.
