Order Confirmation
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-2* working days.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from online@globalfoodhub.com, once it is completed.
- Please note that if you use Gmail, sometimes email confirmations goes to Promotions or Updates folder/label.
- Delivery times depend on courier companies and
- Netherlands and Belgium- it is 1-2* working days after dispatch confirmation has been sent.
- Germany- 3-4* working days after dispatch confirmation has been sent
- *except holidays.
Our Simple shipping terms for Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and France
- Order value under €25 will be charged at €4.95 per delivery.
- Order value above €25 gets free delivery for:

- Germany and Austria- Order value under €25 will be charged at €6.95 per delivery.
- Flanders (Belgium) and Brussels.
- Denmark order value for free shipping is €50.

Reasons for delivery failures:
- You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
- There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
- The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
- The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
- There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
- Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).
Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GlobalFoodHub.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). It applies only outside the EU.
Damages
GlobalFoodHub.com takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at online@globalfoodhub.com
Follow these steps to report the same:
- 1. Take pictures of the damaged items.
- 2. Send us an email to online@globalfoodhub.com, with your order number and pictures of the damaged items.
Standard evening delivery increases the chance that you will not miss out on your package because, for example, you are still at work. Would you rather have your packages delivered to your work? Make sure that someone is present in the evening who can receive them!
