Simple Shipping Policy
Only reach out to us in case you want to change the order. Our customer service team is busy serving all customers and may experience slight delay during sale periods.
We use PostNL for Netherlands and DPD / DHL for all other countries as the main delivery service. Thanks to PostNL, we are able to deliver swiftly and reliably to most places in the Netherlands because of PostNL’s well-integrated network.
Delivery times on the Wadden Islands could vary.
If you have the order delivered to a PostNL or DPD/DHL collection point, you can collect the package within one week. After that, the package will automatically be returned. You will see this as a status in your Track & Trace. When we have received the package back, we will credit the products and €6.95 administration costs per package will be charged.
Please note: we do not receive a message from PostNL/DPD/DHL when your package is returned, so keep a close eye on your Track & Trace. If you have any questions about the return, you can contact us.
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2-3* working days.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from email@example.com, once it is completed.
- Please note that if you use Gmail, sometimes email confirmations goes to Promotions or Updates folder/label.
- Delivery times depend on courier companies and
- Netherlands and Belgium- it is 1-2* working days after dispatch confirmation has been sent.
- Germany- 3-4* working days after dispatch confirmation has been sent
- *except holidays.

Reasons for delivery failures:
- You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
- There is a mistake in the address/ or doorbell name is different than order name for delivery that was provided
- The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
- The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
- There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
- Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).
Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GlobalFoodHub.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). It applies only outside the EU.
GlobalFoodHub.com takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Follow these steps to report the same:
- 1. Take pictures of the damaged items.
- 2. Send us an email to email@example.com, with your order number and pictures of the damaged items.
Standard evening delivery increases the chance that you will not miss out on your package because, for example, you are still at work. Would you rather have your packages delivered to your work? Make sure that someone is present in the evening who can receive them!
