What is GFH Family Rewards Program
GFH Family Rewards Program is for our loyal customers to rewards. Every €1 = 1 Reward.100 Rewards = €3 (3% Rewards) all the time. We have VIP tiers so you can get more rewards based on your spend history with us. Please check out our loyal page for more details.

How do I earn points?
Every €1 = 1 Reward.100 Rewards = €3 (3% Rewards) all the time. We have VIP tiers so you can get more rewards based on your spend history with us.

Do my points expire?
Your GFH Family Rewards never expire, however your VIP tiers are based on the spend in last 12 months. You will be automatically upgraded / downgraded based on your annual spend.

Do my previous purchases count?
Yes, all prevous points have been transferred to the new system. Only purchases made since February 5 , 2025, will be automatically added to your account towards VIP Program.

How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points for discounts. For every 100 points you earn, you can receive a Receive €3 discount on your next purchase.
You can earn upto €15 Cashback depending on which VIP program you are part of.
In one order you can redeem maximum of 300 points of rewards to pay towards the order.

Can I combine my points with other offers?
Yes, you can combine your points with other offers for even greater savings but it depends on the offers. If it does not apply automatically, that means it cannot be combined.
