Paloeloe Surinaamse Piccalilly - 375 grams
Paloeloe Surinamese Piccalilli is a spicy sweet and sour cooking sauce made with yellow Madame Jeanette peppers with which you can easily prepare a tasty Surinamese meal at home. This sauce can also be used as an addition to rice and vegetable dishes or as a dip for various snacks and chips.
Preparation method:
Cut the meat, fish or meat substitute into equal pieces;
Marinate the meat, fish or meat substitute in the Paloeloe Surinamese Piccalilli at least 15 minutes in advance;
Heat the meat, fish or meat substitute (no oil or butter is necessary) at a moderate temperature, stirring occasionally;
Let the meat, fish or meat substitute cook at a low temperature for 20 to 30 minutes;
Add 3 tablespoons of water if necessary.
