Daily Edamame beans are a tasty and refreshing appetizer or snack. Often eaten salted. You can remove the pods by pressing the beans out of the pod with your fingers. You should first boil the frozen edamame beans briefly (6-8 minutes) or stir-fry them in a little vegetable oil. By adding lime, salt or chili pepper you can further flavor the beans.
