Aroy-d Massaman Curry Paste is a Thai curry paste with rich spices and a smooth flavor. This Aroy-d curry paste has rich, fresh flavors and is created using quality ingredients. Massaman curry sauce is a rich, relatively mild Thai curry made with spices that are not frequently used in other Thai curries. Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cumin, bay leaves, nutmeg and mace were brought to Thailand by Muslim traders in the 17th century and these are combined with local spices to create Massaman curry paste.
