Terrible service

The order was not sent completely. forgot 5 kg of rice. They put 3 shampoos, not the ones I ordered, with an expired date. after my appeal, they promised to send rice, but as a result, 2 weeks of silence, no rice, no answer. I asked to replace the shampoo because I didn’t need a completely different and expired shampoo, they sent me a coupon for this amount (about 12 euros). To my message - that I do not need a coupon, and the demand for a refund - no response. the order has not been completed. No answer. my loss is about 20 euros - plus lost time and mood. I will not order again and do not recommend it to anyone.
