Mixed pickles from Mee Chun is a mixed pickle of pieces of ginger, onion, (green) papaya, cucumber and carrot infused in vinegar, sugar and salt. It tastes like candied stem ginger, but less sweet and syrupy. It is commonly used in Cantonese cuisine.
