Sunflower oil is one of the most widely used vegetable oils worldwide. Sunflower oil contains no less than 60% polyunsaturated fats. This makes this oil ideally suited as a basis for cold preparations, such as salads, sauces and dressings. Due to its versatility and the fact that sunflower oil is GMO-free and contains no allergens, sunflower oil is also widely used in industrial kitchens.

In practice, sunflower oil is also used for deep-frying, but that is not something that is recommended by Levo.
